At bareMinerals, we want you to love your clean beauty favorites, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and include all original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid USPS return shipping label provided at the end of the portal process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original box or any sturdy packaging, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any USPS carrier or drop it off at a local Post Office; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
